Within my present role with Infosys, I am entrusted with the responsibility of working in all aspects of the Software Development and Delivery process with cross functional teamsI have worked on projects for eminent clients including The Royal Bank of Scotland, Edinburgh, UK and Allied Irish Bank, Dublin, Ireland in the delivery of complex systems by continuously maintaining track of progress, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and changes. Leading a peak team size of 23 professionals, I collaborate with client stakeholders to gather accurate requirements and create solutions that target business problems at their core. My duties include creating roadmaps, strategies and technology selections prior to leading the appropriate software design and on-time delivery. I continuously anticipate system and business needs, and oversee frameworks and processes to implement enhancements to drive continuous improvement. My focus has been towards building strong relationships with individuals at all levels of seniority across a number of different business areas to make sure that project execution is streamlined. While administering the end to end delivery of system changes from requirements definition/user story creation, build, test and deployment, I prioritize development activities and maintain the SLAs, budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs.
