 Operation of Turbine and Boiler and it’s auxiliaries. Startup & Shutdown activities of Turbine. Operation of BFP and all HT Motors. Monitoring TSI (Turbine supervisory instruments) for safe operation of Turbine Generator. Responsible for initial steam Turbine Rolling, Synchronizing, Ramp-up of Load Generation, DCS Operation in SEMI-AUTO mode in Different Load operation. Operations of EH governing system, ESV, ICV. Cold/Hot/Warm start up, Normal operation @ 180 MW. Turbine Emergency trip system (ETS) protection and Interlock checking. Operating Turbine according to the power demand. Handling of Emergencies and Black out during normal operations. Operation of FD, ID, PA fans & APH. Operation of LDO & HFO Guns. Operation of Coal Mills. Boiler MASTER FUEL TRIP Protection and Interlock Checking. Rolling and synchronizing with LDO/HFO firing.  Continuous follow up the Local condition of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument Equipment’s.  Maintaining daily production log sheets, daily reports and monthly statements. Plan and ensure availability of all the inputs for smooth and efficient operation of plant.  Control loop which are in manual operation, that to be taken care.  Immediately reporting malfunctioning equipment of abnormal readings/equipment performance to the supervisor and complete the appropriate records. Performing troubleshooting and documentation and assist in the resolution of problems discovered during the shift. Issue equipment clearances and work permits. Develop and implement plant operating procedures. Verify the satisfactory operation of equipment using logs, charts, controls and visual inspections. Ensure the maintenance of the plant operating history through timely completion of plant logs and required documentation.
