Responsibilities: • Involved in identification, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems for more than 20 client companies as member of a well-known and reputed IT Support Company in Dubai• Design, estimation and proposal to the customers for the LAN, Structured cabling, IT Security, Firewall Installation and various other Computer Network projects.• Successfully implemented Various IT projects including network security, VPN/Firewall installation for several clients as per their requirement.• Site visits, Meeting with clients for understanding their requirements, providing them the cost effective and most secure solutions. • Installation of CCTV security cameras, attendance system and other software’s according to the customers’ requirements.• Preparing the budgeting and quotations for several IT projects for various organizations. • Focused on administering & designing LANs, WAN's internet/intranet, and voice networks; evaluating & developing key components using methodology prescribed techniques• Implemented effective remedial measures to minimize network vulnerability in coordination with users, specialists, other staff and suppliers• Configured new server systems of HP Proliant series and Dell Power Edge series with different methods of RAID for providing data redundancy; Routers, Switches, and Access Points; Data Backup solution using third party software of Seagate and Norton• Set up server-client domain or workgroup as per customer’s requirement. Ensured client connectivity within the network, adding new objects to the domain and troubleshooting issues with network printers• Rendered solution for Layer 1 requirements like data/voice point termination, patch panel termination, and rack arrangements
