RESPONSIBILITES as Pre-Commissioning Engineer  Demonstrates safety leadership by role modeling safe behaviors and demonstrates practical knowledge of typical safe work practices Participating the meetings with the contractor for review of work progress weekly and Monthly & in same meeting share technical issues in the plant and make the forecast schedule for upcoming weeks. Adhere to HSE regulations & policy. The leadership and governance of all allocated the sub-system from acceptance for precommissioning through to handover to the commissioning and startup activities. Ensure that all pre-commissioning activities are logged recorded with progress monitored within their sub-system. Ensuring that commissioning readiness inspection (CRI) are conducted prior to precommissioning activates. The permit to work (PTW) process is being followed and maintained and correctly implemented on subsystems under their supervision. Consistently inform the project organization on the utilization of commissioning spares, tools and consumables applicable to their subsystem. Continuously monitor and report progress on their subsystem and performance of the team members to the pre-commissioning team manager. Provide pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up to the project throughout the engineering phase. Direct and advice client’s staff about pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup procedures.
