Involved in site wide obsolete PLCs upgrade to new safety HIMA PLCs. Created Functional Description, C&E matrix, I/O list and other documents from reviewing existing PLC ladder logics. Participated in Process Hazard Reviews to get changes approved, completed documents for detailed engineering, prepared FAT & SAT functional testing documents, conducted FATs, site commissioning, closed out projects and updated asset details in Maximo (CMMS) system.
