With over 14 years of industry experience, I currently work as Data Science & Analytics Manager at Amazon Web Services(AWS), where I apply my technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen to create and implement innovative data science products and solutions. My core competencies include machine learning, statistical modeling, natural language processing, deep learning, and data analytics, which enable me to extract valuable insights from complex datasets and drive data-driven business change decisions across AWS support organization.I have a post graduate degree in computational data science & statistics from Indian institute of science(IISc), and PG certification in advanced business analytics from ISB, Hyderabad. I lead a team of 8 engineers where I help them mentor and grow in their career towards DS advancements. My mission is to leverage data science and generative AI to improve the productivity & enhance better customer experience for AWS support by developing end-to-end solutions that incorporate cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and user-centric design.
