The project aims at enabling conversion of policy admin system into Wealth management accelerator for Genworth Insurance. This Web-enabled software automates policy and contract administration from point of sale to final payment. CSC's open, industry-standard architecture, relational databases and real-time processing help insurers lower costs and streamline processes.The project involves interacting with application stakeholders and gathering knowledge transition, creating knowledge repository, understanding the Customer requirements, Identifying scope changes, Identifying the risks involved and providing application transformation, data extraction, data mapping, etc for Policy Admin system application.

 Interacting with application stakeholders and gathering entitlement information in Templates. Receiving the knowledge transition from the customer and creating the System Description documentation for the all application. Proving application support for Legacy systems and Analyzing and bringing up to notice if any enhancements or fixes are required in the current Infrastructure in case of any on-boarding challenge.  Capturing the requirements and transitioning them into high level and low level design documents.  Engaging with Client to gather new Requirements and Solving them by engaging with Offshore Team. Liaising with Offshore Team for any issues and engaging with Client to solve those issues. Proving the Support after Implementation & Continuously involve in IQA (Internal Quality Analysis) and EQA (External Quality Analysis). This review process helps TCS to deliver a quality output consistently.  Work as a interface designer in an Agile team by closely interacting and collaborating with other developers, testers, business analyst and product owner. Expected to be active member of all agile meetings.  Tracking and Mitigating the Risks & Reporting the design progress, reports and task allocations via tracking tool Design and Develop of the reusable enterprise components which will help to reduce the efforts in future implementations and add value to customer products. Supporting QA Team  Managing 10 offshore team members, coordinating between clients and offshore team.
