‘Abhyasam was seeded by me and my colleagues in 2020, to encourage Indian heritage-based lifestyle and learning in future generations, to cultivate the Indian intellect and skills that our ancestors expressed eons ago.

Since its soaring in 2015, Intellection grew as a nest for incubating leaders, entrepreneurs and public speakers. Intellection has groomed about 1200 students, professionals and parents through its workshops, keynotes, and coaching sessions. I founded and am continuing to be the Chief Training Officer at Intellection. I have rendered workshops, keynote speeches and training session on various topics including Find your purpose, Power of positive attitude, Growth mindset vs Fixed mindset, Time management, Public Speaking & Presentation skills, Emotional Intelligence and Ecological Intelligence, Stress Management, Strategic Problem solving, SMART Goal setting, 5S quality system, Ikigai, 360° feedback system, Mindful living, Dynamic Entrepreneur, Psychology of Parenting, etc.

Worked synergetically with 32 fellow International Ambassadors and University's Global Office colleagues and other departments of the University.Developed strong organizing skills and time management by organizing various academic and social events such as Christmas socials, Global week, Random acts of Kindness day, crafternoon events, pub quizzes.Hosted international delegates, guests, and applicants with warmth and welcome.Acted as the point of contact for international applicants in person and online. Cultivated strong interpersonal communication skills and built excellent rapport with prospective students and their parents while taking them on campus tours. Demonstrated good customer service and product knowledge by explaining the university's services and facilities and handling their spontaneous queries with clarity.Strengthened both verbal and written communication and digital marketing skills through various powerpoint presentations, panel discussions, briefings and emceeing events and writing university blogs and social media content and by strategizing the digital media's reach through analytics. Encouraged the integration and collaboration of native students with International students.Actively involved in the marketing activities, admission and conversion campaigns.Organized various orientation events such as Airport pick-ups, Information fayre, University registration, and multiple social events. Provided empathetic support to new international students for their smooth transition and adaptation to the New City and University.

Conducted "Stress Management Session" for 65 employees as a part of Workmen Training Program 2013.Taught machine shop management and organizational behavior to 2 successive batches of Apprentices and In-plant trainees.Sharpened attention to details and analytical skills by studying blueprints and doing engineering calculation.Adhered to safety protocols and quality policies while working in production and assembly lines. Attended various training programs on 5S quality management, Kaizen, Industrial Safety and Disaster Management, etc.Honed my spatial reasoning, multi-tasking, and computer skills through certification training and workplace experience in CNC programming and machine operation. Operated a wide range of machine tools such as heavy duty lathes, boring machines, milling machines, planers, shapers, and grinders.Developed strong work ethics through understanding the responsibilities of working in an arms and ammunition manufacturing unit owned by the Ministry of Defence - Government of India.Trained and certified as a professional First-Aid person by St John's Ambulance.

I managed the documentation, membership, office logistics and events. This is the experience that sparked my pursuit of a career in the psychological well-being of people.
