Monitors control room and client services and notifies the support team ofany issues.Works with Automation Anywhere product team, Microsoft team, KHCplatform team and IT team in the event of an incident and collaboration withsupport team to trouble shoot the root cause and arrive at permanentsolution.Monitors the windows infrastructure as well. Works with IT Platform andother teams as needed.Migrates BOT code between multiple environments to facilitate testing.Control code versioning.Adheres to the governance framework and performs change control/production code migration post approvals.Maintains user and bot accesses in the control room as approved by systemand process owners.Works collaboratively with appropriate business units to ensure successfuldeployment of RPA.Assists the development team to schedule and monitor automation runs,also resolve production issues.Monitor tickets assigned from queue system and resolve them as needed,with priority.Liaising to ensure Partners, Platform, and infrastructure support.Supports the GRC team in conducting audits of the below entities, providingall the supporting documents..Review Platform Framework Procedures & Best Practices.Support Weekly Calls on Progress & and bottlenecks and share visibility onthe next challenges and opportunities.Creating and maintaining documentation for automation processes andprocedures.Responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of automationprocesses.Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on bot performance metrics.
