Managing recruiting team and company's existing accounts.Managing & Mentoring recruiting team: Assigning new requirements, Helping recruiters to find the right resources at quick time, Cultivating common sense in recruiters for not to get duped by impersonating resources.Communicating with the client managers on daily basis on new requirements, post submission's updates etc.Evaluating resources sourced by the recruiters by video interview and sharing it with the client managers if they are legitimate and match to job description.

Acting as a team lead and mentor/manage/lead the recruiting team and achieve personal/team goals.Performing ETE recruiting (From sourcing till delivery)

Participating in discussions with the Client service managers, account managers and hiring managers to understand & identify the prime pre-requisites of the requirement. Sourcing resumes from various portals and employee vendors for assigned requirements and submitting to the accounts managers for screening.
