Seasonal GreetingsStatement to purpose this above positionI have Ten years teaching and research in the field of plant molecular biology, microbiology, molecular markers (AFLP, SSR and ISSR)and transformation related works. I carried out my Master degree project at biotechnology centre, Indian Institute Technology, Mumbai. I have been associated with four projects funded by DBT, ICMR, PPVFR and CSIR. During my research time I got trained AFLP (two primers) technology in Delhi University, South Campus. Apart from this I well versed cell lines (Ishikawa) handling and culturing and RNAi silencing work. Currently, I am working as an assistant manager in Research, JOil India Pvt Ltd.I scholarly analyzing data for submission of reports/publications and prepare data for discussion in laboratory meetings and scientific conferences. I have ten international and one National paper is published in my research time. Moreover, I am currently working on cDNA library, miRNA, gene transformation, construction of SSH library, and transgene conformation. My doctoral thesis is totally interconnected to study on marker analysis (SSR&AFLP) gene isolation, sequencing, semi quantative RT- PCR and enzyme related work.
