Responsibilities:Develop and implement software testing strategies and plansLead and coordinate the testing process of software applicationsIdentify improvement areas and recommend relevant solutionsDevelop testing scripts, test scenarios, and test casesAnalyze and execute test cases and document resultsMonitor and analyze system performance and stabilityDevelop and maintain automation scripts using automation toolsPerform manual and automated testing to ensure system performanceIdentify, document, and report bugs and other issuesEnsure successful completion of tasks with- in timelinesProvide technical support for test automationPerform root cause analysis and take appropriate actionsMaintain quality assurance standards and proceduresCollaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure qualityPrepare test reports and summaries for stakeholdersConduct reviews and audits of existing processes and productsTrain and mentor other members of the testing team
