Design, Development and maintenance of product "Self-Loading Concrete mixture" (SLM)

1. Lead and manage the engineering part of Volvo Core value related project which has entire Volvo CE machines & parts in scope covering 15 Volvo CE sites in 9 countries (involves >40% International Travel).2. Lead global engineering process tailoring, global team building and formulate execution, leading a team of Design engineers (~20nos) in China and project leaders (~8nos) from different design sites.

(This role is an additional responsibility.)Responsibilities are, Coach Leaders at all levels, Train Co-workers, Train OD Team Leaders and coaches, administrate and develop OD support structure, Strategy roll-out Seminar leader, develop OD program and formulate leaders.
