Responsible for the entire design of the CRM agent chat and collaboration architecture.• Technologies used include PHP with Yahoo UI along with Java/JMS technologies in the backend.Fusion CRM development team (September 2011 – February 2012)• Worked on the collaboration/activities suite of Fusion CRM product development team. Work involved designing the mid-tier architecture for agent collaboration, which involved a invitation-based mechanism for chat. Handled the design and development of the entire mid-tier code for the invitation/presence mechanisms for the collaboration suite. Business Intelligence automation team (July 2009 – September 2011)• Worked in the development of automated suite for the security features of BIEE. The work involved setting up SOAP calls to the presentation services of BIEE and getting and manipulating the different security settings available.
