My new experience is joining PDDIKTI internship batch 2, I learned a lot in real terms how to be in a work environment. my friends or mentors really helped me in doing the work on this internship. During 4 months i got moral support from this internship. This activity is very useful for me from all aspects, some of the work I do include:• Interacted with users by providing information related to reporting validation• Processed data and validated reports on the PPDIKTI website• Analyzed PPdikti and SIGAP websites as well as designed integrated Reporting and Validation Admin Services• Created User flow, UML, and User Interface at each layer in the integrated admin service design.• Assist in the management of helpdesk tickets on the SIGAP website

• Coordinate and control all members of the Sumatra regional division by monitoring evaluation once a month and once every 2 weeks in each division• Controlled the team to find and channel local talent by dividing the team and making 3 main work programs• Assisted in collaboration with more than 20 media partners and sponsors• Created a National and International Webinar at the Indonesia Talent Hub Sumatra

My experience in Internship for 4 months, I get experience being an IT researcher, I can learn many things from the research experience I found, I also learned how to do research development and usability testing on an application. I also met the team and mentors who could build morale, and share useful experiences. During my internship I was able to do several jobs such as:• Worked with Agile methodology with weekly sprint reviews and planning• Researched bot or builder technology and developed research with usability trials on 7 applications.• Has made a mapping of each researched technology to facilitate research activities• Created a video course/tutorial application as the final result of technology research

• Conducted self-potential development in youth through YRI 12 webinar activities• Supported soft skill development programs and youth talent interests• Responsible for the relationship between both internal and external parties with YRI 12• Planned all of the programs at YRI 12

• Build brand and trust from users (MSME members/vendors and third parties)• Increased Brand Awareness among users by creating training classes for MSMEs• Interaction with the User Experience method to find out the habits of MSMEs• Provide information and support to users (SME vendors) through promotions on the Indonesia Direct website• Assisted in managing the needs of MSME Vendors through the Indonesia Direct website

• Created a Post Student Center activity for students of the Faculty of Computer Science UPNVJ• Conducted important socialization on social media for students of the Faculty of Computer Science UPNVJ• Assisted in taking care of the needs of students of the Faculty of Computer Science regarding campus administration and scholarships• Participated in the student aspirations forum with BEM-U UPNVJ• Participated in other BEMF-IK project activities.
