Performance monitoring of various project design for employee and drawing progress, reports regularly on above mentioned matters as well as achievement of Key Performance.

Performance monitoring of various project design for employee and drawing progress, reports regularly on above mentioned matters as well as achievement of Key Performance.Primary Objective :Lead and coordinate multi-discipline of process, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems design for allocated projects in accordance with targeted project deliverables.Maintain effective lines of communication and good relations with the client (CPI).Demonstrated compliance with integrity management requirementsShow personal leadership in HES performance.Specific Accountabilities :Coordinate resourcing of all design office personnel.Calculate and review the manhours estimate the proposal of RDS (Request Drafting Services) from client (CPI) and submit the WIEP (Work Instruction Estimation Plan) to the CCMS (Cost Control Management System) for RDS requestor approval.Control design office resources provide resource assignment, manhour forecasts, schedule and progress monitoring.Liaise and communicate with all design disciplines to ensure efficient design coordination throughout the drawing office.Liaise with the project team and principal project engineer to ensure that the design office is adequately resourced.Coordinate with the document controller and supervise drawing distribution to the IPMS (Integrated Process Management System).Arrange/support preparation of design SoW workpacks and timely issue of same to the project leader.Ensure compliance with Integrity Management deliverables Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for assigned capital projects and field site visit.Understand and follow HES policies and procedures manage the design office CAD directories and IT related issues.Ensure a positive team spirit is developed within the drawing office and a sound ‘team based’ relationship is established with the engineers.

Lead all Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering design/drafting activities relating to own discipline and liaise with Design Services Coordinator on Engineering design/drafting issues. Primary Objective:Lead and coordinate discipline of all Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems design functions for allocated projects in accordance to meet client expected schedule deliverables based on estimation of manhours or CTR.Maintain effective lines of communication and good relations with the customers.Demonstrated compliance with Integrity Management requirementsEnsure HSE compliance in respect to PMR deliverables.Show personal leadership in HES performance.Specific Accountabilities:Control design office resources Provide progress and man-hour forecasts.
