Use cryogenics to create other byproducts from off gas such as Ethane, Ethylene, Propane and propylene, as well as Butane and Hydrogen. Familiar with areas in the plant such as the Cryo, Amine, and Sulfurox units as well as dehydrators and their regeneration process. Perform routine readings and inspection on tanks, vessels, pumps and inlet gas compressors. Line up and block in process valves as needed for optimal operations and write work permits for contractors and maintenance. De-energize equipment, make ready and perform lock out, tag out ensuring safety for all. Take corrosion and NGL GC samples along with water samples and run Ph, conductivity, total and calcium hardness, free chlorine, and chemical oxygen demand testing.
