Working as project manager in “Cooperate Manufacturing and Supply Chain”. Here I am linked to various projects, and I am project manager on a large project where we work with sales to develop more customer intergraded supply chains.

During the phase of developing Grundfos Pumps India from a pure Sales company into also having production, I was, as the first (and to now only), Dane stationed in Chennai, India. I had the supply chain responsibility (purchaser, planning, and logistic) and the report of 25 persons. Besides the day-to-day work of getting supply to run smoothly, I also worked with the set-up of a broader localised supply chain and the training of our India staff in Grundfos methods of manufacturing.

I worked with the developing, alignment and implementation of different supply chain processes across the Grundfos Group. I participated in Group advising boards and build up relevant networks between different Grundfos companies. I also made input to supply chain strategy.

Purchasing for the Grundfos Electronic Factory, which include negotiation, preparation/ entering of contracts, logistical set-ups etc. Beside this I participated in different cross company projects, among others: safety requirement implementation, LEAN, and product development projects.

I worked in different functions; starting in International Purchase, then as project purchaser - which included 3 months stationed in Hong Kong, and I ended up as Team Leader for electronic purchase.
