Director - International Operations (Digital Customer Relationship)
Current- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize front-office processes and tools to digitally enable Customers and Front line employees, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and standards.- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.- Track and analyze key KPIs to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.- Identify and address opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and process optimization- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of countries and zones in International Operations with other functional areas and global initiatives.- Lead and support the implementation of global practices and operational excellence initiatives across all international operations.- Lead the deployment of front office programs and tools, providing support and training to end-users as needed.
