Current- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently handle and dispatch phone calls to the emergency response team and relevant authorities.
- Manage access by creating new access cards for customers, contractors, and visitors, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Skilfully deescalate and resolve customer issues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Safely escort customers, visitors, and contractors to their designated access points.
- Perform regular half-hourly interior patrols to enhance security measures.
