I am leading the transformation and digitalization journey for Workplace services in the role of Global Service Desk Lead. As part of this journey, am leading new projects for the client like Skill Based routing, Virtual Bots, IMPACT, Social Media Moderator, Rapid Resolution team, etc. I govern and improve the desk KPIs like MTTR, AHT, FCR, etc. I have received recognition and Quarterly Champs awards for successfully deploying the projects within defined time frame using agile methodology by following the SCRUM process.
