Management of the group's litigation and regulatory portfolios in LATAM, supporting the launch of new products in the region by conducting local privacy and regulatory assessments and reviewing the privacy compliance of the group for LATAM.Instruction and supervision of outside counsel on risk assessment, litigation and regulatory strategy and review of court/regulators briefs. Contribution to the continuous development and improvement of litigation and regulatory strategies and internal processes in various LATAM countries.Assistance with many other legal matters, including intermediary liability, intellectual property, telecommunications regulation, net neutrality, and antitrust.
