Being a Corporate Trainer has given me the confidence in training large groups and presenting the training programs to the training team, human resources, and department supervisors. With working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines from several different departments, I must ensure that every training program created has the most correct and updated information. With my management experience, I am accustomed to making tough decisions in what is best for the company. I am very experienced in working with the heads of different departments, working under pressure, measuring the success of training and preparing the necessary reports to be shared and presented to the senior staff.
