As a pharmacist, I embarked on my professional journey as an intern at Patient Programs Support (PPS), where I dedicated 5 years to Quality Assurance and Compliance. During this time, I honed my expertise and became a specialist in the field. Working closely with the pharmacy industry, as the main client, I was the key user of quality software implementation, leading the deviation management, conducting national and international audits, and ensuring thorough documentation. Recognizing the need to reinvent my career, which opened doors for me to transition into a degree in System Analysis and Development, I had the opportunity to join the technology industry as a LIMS consultant. While I continue to serve the pharmaceutical industry as my client, my focus now lies in implantation, configuration and training related to laboratory information management software.
