I have over 35 years of leadership experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Medical Device industry. Most recently, I was President & CEO of Instrumentation Laboratory (IL), a $1.2 BN leader in the point-of-care (POC) and clinical laboratory markets. Under my leadership, the company grew an average of 10% per year, more than double the industry rate, and achieved global leadership in our key market segments.Prior to IL, I held marketing and sales positions at Centocor (a start-up diagnostics and pharma company,) Ortho Diagnostics Systems (Johnson & Johnson,) and Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis.) In addition, I am a Trustee at the Committee for Economic Development, and I served in the Board of Directors of AdvaMed and MassMEDIC.
