Designed Agile learning paths and trained Epic Owners, Product Owners (POs), Scrum Masters (SMs) and team members in SAFe in multiple ARTs.Agile values, principles, processes and events have been realized through coaching and mentoring of Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Epic Owners and Agile teams (with their POs and SMs). Finally, a culture of Continuous Learning and Improvement is encouraged to continuously increase knowledge, competence, performance and innovation (based on metrics) and thereby stimulate development to a higher maturity level, partly through the use of Communities of Practices (CoPs).
