The role implies leading a team of senior civil servants working in the economic development sector, making actions to help entrepreneurs to create companies and actions to help coimpanies to grow. The role implies the coordination of the different projects deployed in order to assure the achievement of the defined goals.

Creating and leading specific projects like Euro Sport Health, Euro Local Sport Network, the creation of a software to calculate the economic dimension of the sport at local level and others.I've led the creation of the new web site and the improvement of the communication systems in the department.I am the link person with several the central departments (training, comunication, international affairs, ..) in order to help in the coordination of the common projects.
