With over six and a half years of dedicated service in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician Technician, I bring a wealth of experience in both scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on the sophisticated P8-A aircraft. Throughout my tenure, I have honed my leadership skills while holding pivotal roles as a CDQAR, Plane Captain, and Work Center Supervisor. These responsibilities have not only allowed me to ensure the operational readiness of aircraft but also to mentor and lead sailors during high op-tempo detachments across three fleets.My expertise extends beyond routine maintenance tasks; I possess in-depth knowledge of mission-critical systems such as the APY-10 radars and proficiency in INMARSAT configurations. This breadth of experience has equipped me to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance of mission systems.During my shore tour, I have taken on the challenge of overseeing contract requirements essential to supporting the GFR, GGFR, and COR. In this capacity, I have demonstrated proficiency in maintenance management, safety protocols, QA standards, and property control. As a GGR, I have played a vital role in the surveillance and oversight of contractor aircraft ground operations, contributing significantly to the success of the Aviation Program Team.Looking ahead, I am deeply committed to transitioning into a project management role upon retiring from the Navy. To this end, I am actively pursuing qualifications such as the CAPM and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. I am driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement, and I am eager to leverage my diverse skill set and leadership experience in a dynamic professional setting.
