• Build and maintain territory to become #1 in the region for cost efficiency and profitability for three years.• Provide management guidance and support to the Project Coordinators and Field Leaders to use standard operating procedures (incl. staffing, scheduling, and direct cost control processes resulting in consistent project profitability.)• Manage a team of 40+ (includes Managers, Team Leads, and Service Representatives)• Work with the Regional Manager for future project-planning requirements related to new retail service activity.• Assist Project Manager set up preliminary meetings with Field Leaders and the client on each project to assure all specific parameters/operating requirements are discussed clearly.• Assist Project Coordinator to ensure effective management for all logistical aspects of project completion. • Provide developmental training for the Field Leaders assuring that standardized operating processes are used.• Complete all divisional reports and documents required by Human Resources, Accounting, and Administration.
