• In-store Foreman for large-scale capital projects (Home Depots, Best Buy, Kohls, Ace Hardware, Ross, Petsmart).
• Establish and monitor administrative procedures for the project.
• Improve and motivate staff to meet deadline driven projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Strategically plan, forecast and prioritize all projects to minimize business risk.

• Provide management guidance and support to the Project Coordinators and Field Leaders to use standard operating procedures (incl. staffing, scheduling, and direct cost control processes resulting in consistent project.
• Manage a team of 40+ (includes Managers, Team Leads, and Service Representatives)
• Work with the Regional Manager for future project-planning requirements related to new retail service activity.
• Assist Project Manager set up preliminary meetings with Field Leaders and the client on each project to assure all specific parameters/operating requirements are discussed clearly.
• Assist Project Coordinator to ensure effective management for all logistical aspects of project completion.

• Recruit and hire qualified employees to support and service stores.
• Conduct orientation and train all new employees, assessing their skill set and abilities.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate management teams.
• Manage and coordinate all projects in territory, including sets, resets, and surveys.
• Ensure that time management resources are being utilized properly by employees.
• Create daily reports in a timely manor for corporate office on progress of all projects in process.
