I have always been a strong supporter of DISS during my time in Qatar. I used my experience teaching various health and safety courses, as well as my training in first aid, fire safety, and life safety. As one of DISS's top trainers, I frequently persuaded clients to choose their training and consulting services over others when I was working with them. For the IOSH Managing Safely and Fire Safety Awareness courses under UCCH, I was the only approved trainer and the front-runner for approval.I fulfilled all of the HSE and tendering standards for new projects.The COVID-19 Protocols of UCCH, which have more than 300 pages, were first organized by me. I help with the investigation of serious incidents and accidents for more than 40 projects, including those of sibling firms. I established GOSH, or Gaisano Occupational Safety and Health, and am in charge of making sure that the five largest city Gaisano malls in the Philippines implement their requirements for health and safety. I pioneered the OSH Management System for the five malls in Gaisano and thoroughly examined the electrical safety system for the shopping centers. Over 12,000+ Employees were involved in the back-office operations I was covering.
