E2E Management of Rental Units and Flips

Responsible for the operations area of new products during the development, introduction, and stabilization processes:• Project Management: Plan all the actions related to Engineering Ops during the Product development and early market introduction• Team Lead: Supervise and allocate the tasks of the 7 Product Engineers aligning with the Developers and Manufacturing teams• Assurance of Customers Services: Define contingency plans for escalations, integrate the knowledge of customer assurance tools, processes and service kits• Procurement & Inbound Supply Chain: Integrate the design and technology definition for meeting Timing, Quality and Cost goals in the China and SE Asia factories• Outbound Supply Chain: Lead the definition of postponement processes and influence on the product design to ensure logistic performance• Production Processes: Plan and execute the prototyping builds on the Manufacturer Partner facilities in China and SE Asia and support early mass production• Quality Assurance: Implement and design the in-line and Audit Quality Processes and Checks

Integrate all the operations knowledge related to writing and scanning systems and mechanical subsystems and Customer Service:• Provide the manufacturability, serviceability, and cost inputs from Operations perspective to R&D labs • Drive the transition from early prototype stages to volume production• Define Service Process and Support escalation from the field

- Structure and HVAC system design - Fire Protection and Water Purification system planning

- OpenERP system implementation - Mechanical parts and Assembly design

In my sports career, I won two medals in world championships and I was elected Spanish Rower of the Year 2008.During this period I successfully combined 12 training sessions per week and mechanical engineering studies.
