Head of the IT department responsible for the implementation of Made2Manage ERP System, creating the IT department, policies, procedures, telecommunications.Including the relocation of the plant from Pachuca, Hidalgo, to Toluca, Mexico.Heavily focused on administrative, project management and technical skills to keep track of budgets, user support and training, etc.Also responsible for server infrastructure, local area networks, PBX systems, negotiaton with vendors and the entire scope of both financial and plant operations.

Responsible for the creation of the IT department, user support for 100+ users, IT infrastructure, user training and specific system developments such as customer request monitoring: Responsible for delivery trucks satellite tracking, security and cctv monitoring.The last couple of years my responsibility grew to cover 10+ sites in the Mexico City area, with 150+ users overall.
