1. Availment scheduleWith the main objective of ensuring that the approved network capex approved is availed on time, the team's main responsibility is to manage the timeline for every capex item and the person or the team in charge to deliver the requirements on time. - This objective helps the organization achieve its build plan targets. Attaining the build plan target translates to improved telco customer experience and revenue increase for the business. 2. Availment process improvementa. The team keeps looking for ways to improve availment monitoring systems and processes since the input comes from multiple domains. The team is engaged in automating this so as to make it efficient and less prone to human errors.b. The process improvement on how different proponents avail is also one of the top priorities of the team. There are current automation initiatives underway in which the team is spearheading and/or supporting. 3. Coordination with Budget RepsAround 50% of the team's working day is spent on coordinating with different budget reps from the entire network group. Budget reps or SPOCs need to be informed at all times of their availment status, get their availment outlook, and assist them with their concerns as regards funding requests and availment process.
