As the Assistant Distiller, I helped streamline a grain to glass process distillery. My responsibilities included malting, mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, blending, and bottling. Because of my marketing background, I provided insight for creating and managing future projects, optimizing our social media presence, and generating marketing ideas to expand our brand's influence. Additionally, I helped with mechanical work, including troubleshooting equipment failures, general multi-tasking, and honing a specialized prototype malting and grain smoking system. I worked closely with our Master Distiller to manage supply orders, create safety protocols, and manage the operation and production schedule. This included predicting future demand and sales and managing whiskey production accordingly, leading special events, tours, tasting classes, and interviews.

In each of my roles, I helped manage both retail and wholesale accounts across Arizona and California, finding and overseeing new and developing business opportunities. I also managed our inventory as well as shipping and operations. As the cold brew production manager, I was responsible for acquiring accounts, installing systems, and delivering kegs as well as the entire cold brew production process. Additionally, I managed the company webpage, our social media presence, and advertising for both of the Presta and Stella shops.

As the Digital Advertising Social Media and Web Content Manager, I oversaw multiple client social media pages with over 1 million followers. To do this, I responded to questions, concerns, and complaints across all social media platforms. Additionally, I established social media strategies for better customer engagement, including check-in offers and sweepstakes. I managed pages and ads across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest, and gathered analytics to better optimize a client's social media presence and engagement.
