▪ Oversee the execution of operations, program priorities and the shaping of long-term strategy for Missile & Weapons Systems Divisiono HSV; Boeing Defense, Space & Security (Patriot Advanced Capabiltiy-3, Ground Base Mid-Course Defense & SLAM-ER)o St. Charles; JDAM, LJDAM, Harpoon & SDB▪ Operations oversight for Mobility & Surveillance IWA programs (UK, Saudi, Japan & Country X)▪ Operations oversight for Space & Launch IWA programs (Commercial Crew, International Space Station & Space and Launch Systems)▪ Operations oversight for U.S. Navy Autonomous Systems Program (ORCA)▪ Responsible for supporting site business growth and employment strategies.▪ Leader interface with local, regional and state level government officials.

▪ Responsible for leading the production and operations program in support of the CST 100 Star Liner Program; a full service orbital crew transportation vehicle designed to transport astronauts to and from the ISS from U.S soil. ▪ Responsible for operations, production, assembly, production testing, material management (aka logistics), machine shop, weld shop, instrumentation lab, wiring lab and facilities support of the commercial crew vehicle (CCV) and capabilities to support ground segment logistics activities. ▪ Oversee activities associated with the build-up, assembly, subsystem integrations, verification and testing, launch and recovery of the Commercial Crew Vehicle (CCV) spacecraft▪ Responsible to provide leadership insight/interface on behalf of the CST 100 to our NASA customer▪ Full responsibility for operations budget (CAM) and EAC efforts needed to support and sustain the CST 100 Star Liner program▪ Responsible for the day to day execution of build schedule and staffing▪ Ultimately responsible to meet and or exceed customer and the nations required launch schedules

▪ Lead the re-invigoration and integration of shop floor manufacturing/production systems for BDS Space & Launch/Missile and Weapons/Phantom Works/Strike Surveillance and Mobility/Vertical Lift. Efforts currently yielding improved touch time on product shop floor Safety/Quality/Cost/Delivery performance enabling a competitive advantage in the global market▪ Provide operations leadership/support to over 40 BDS locations▪ Provide leadership guidance and internal and external communication strategy and tactics for large complex change initiatives with a focus on specific, unexpected, and non-routine events or series of events which create high levels of uncertainty and threat or perceived threat to an organization's high priority goals.▪ Interface between BDS corporate office and BDS Divisions

▪ Provide operations, production and assembly leadership to over 400 employees in support of the build-up and assembly of the Space Launch System (SLS)▪ Lead the re-invigoration of the SLS manufacturing production system.
