Building and managing Commercial Gerdau's commercial strategy in Brazil, comprising the segments (Industry, Civil Construction and Construction Store Retail), and their particular and regionalized needs;Responsibilities-Commercial Management by segment (Churn, Cross Sell, Customer Base, Volume, Price);-Visiting customers and create an action plan, evaluating trends and opportunities;-Searching opportunities to grow market share;-Participation in the creation of the strategy (markets and products);-Analysis of opportunities and competitiveness in commercial policy across all channels and segments;-Interact with different areas of the company, such as Pricing, Market Intelligence, Supply and Logistics, alternating between strategic and tactical;-Analysis and validation of negotiations outside the established commercial policy;

Construction of price waterfall policies (base price, taxes, segmentation, regional and commercial limits). Market and gross profit analysis for definition of price adjustments.

Definition of fares according to fare history, occupancy rate and competitors' prices.

Responsible for defining the strategy to be used by the company in case of flight contingency. Analysis of the best cost benefit focusing on the balance of accounts for decision-making.
