I hold the CSWS and Certified Sommelier credentials, which demonstrate my deep knowledge and expertise in wine regions, styles, and service.As a leader in the restaurant excellence team, I am responsible for developing and executing service strategy, menu engineering, staff training, inventory management, and quality control. I also leverage my skills in staff development, menu engineering, and beverage development to create memorable and profitable beverage programs that align with the brand identity and customer expectations. I also collaborate with the culinary team, the marketing team, and the suppliers to ensure a seamless and consistent beverage experience for our guests.
