Empowering Children, Building Champions​Responsible for growth and development of social media audiences and volunteer engagement.​Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to develop and maintain a working social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook).​Cultivate relationships with in-kind donors and volunteer groups. ​Maintain a log (google spreadsheets) of volunteer names, hours, projects, and in-kind donations (chips, juices, toys, etc). Assist CEO and COO with information table/booth management at speaking engagementsMeet weekly with the COO and other Department Directors for planning​Develop and coordinate curriculum and lesson time (including Life Story, Object Lessons, Power Points, Memory Verses, and skits together with the Chief Operations Officer and other Directors)Manage information booth at speaking engagements

Consult with new/existing customers to determine wireless needs while delivering the ultimate T-Mobile customer experience.Take care of any and all customer service issues/requests in a timely and professional manner while being a team playerLead and motivate team members toward achieving sales goals.

Providing the following services to members, in person, by telephone or by mail: processing deposits to checking or savings accounts and disbursing cash or check withdrawals; processing checks and other transactions;Providing money orders, credit card cash advances;Receiving loan payments and service charge payments for services;Processing transfers between accounts;Redeeming US savings bonds;Balancing the ATM; operating a cash drawer and; opening and closing their cash drawer, accounting for cash assigned, received, and disbursed on a daily basis; accurately balancing to teller drawer daily.
