Through my many years of work as a soldier in the army barracks in Augustdorf as a staff member of the Human Resources Department, I have gained extensive knowledge. Due to the high diversity and responsibilities of this department, I have designed such areas as Recruitment to Personnel Development and Personnel Planning. Further more, through the strong cooperation with international military organizations, I got to know a lot about different intercultural perspectives and ways of working, which aroused my great interest in intercultural psychology and communication.This interest has been accentuated by various exercise sites and civil protection missions, such as the 2013 flood disaster, or Humanitarian Aid for the 2015 refugee crisis, which called for great cooperation and sensitivity.My orientation will continue to focus on the intercultural aspect, which is why I have decided to study intercultural business psychology at Hamm-Lippstadt University, to consolidate my expertise.My personal strengths lie in the communicative area. In addition, I like to work in areas that promote the personal development of people in order to raise the best possible potential of the people and myself.
