• Supervise the Guest Service team consisting of 29 staff members• Manage the ship stateroom inventory of approximately 1200 rooms• Ensure quality guest assistance at all times• Closely supervising the Embarkation Clearance Officer, Group Service Coordinator, International Guest Relations staff, Concierge and Butlers as well the Reception team and Guest Service Assistant Manager.• Resolve any guest concerns that might occur • Oversee the stateroom assignment on each cruise and coordinate stateroom changes as needed• Check the Freestyle Daily, the ship’s daily activity newspaper and monitor the international language translations• Offer constant training and coaching to the team and evaluate them periodically• Attend weekly managerial meetings and discuss possible ideas for company daily cost reducing and increase revenue• Conduct weekly inspections of the suite rooms and organize maintenance work as needed

• Assist in resolving any guest concerns that might occur• Assist guests with delayed luggage by calling the respective airlines • Motivates and train the Reception staff for providing the best guest service• Handle stateroom change requests• Monitor the key cards printing • Responsible for the lost & found items turned in to the Reception Desk
