Hi! I’m Ramona, a senior manager in aerospace and defence industry, a mentor and a reserve officer cadet at the German Federal Armed Forces. At Airbus Helicopters I am currently heading the Component MRO business in Germany as well as our Component MRO Key Accounts Team. In this role I am leading a transnational team based in France and Germany.Topics I am passionate about are women in defence industry, military service, diversity in the military and new work as well as new leadership. My role as mentor in several initiatives, e.g. for female students in tech at the TU Munich or as member of the advisory board at Talentguns is a heartfelt cause for me and driven by a profound belief in empowering the next generation.I bring 15+ years in aerospace, a solid experience in disciplinary leadership, P&L responsibility and close and efficient collaboration with customers, aviation authorities and suppliers. Key supply chain and transformation projects and major contract negotiations with C-level stakeholders were headed by me and I held the responsibility for an annual purchasing volume in the triple-digit million range with a track record of double-digit percentage CoS savings.My background is international with work experience in France, Germany and China. Fast and thorough analytical and decision making skills were refined through an MBA and military training.
