Maintain various properties in and around Helena, MT. Duties include removing weeds, replacing plants, watering, general pruning, etc. At the garden center itself, attend to and assist customers in gardening/landscaping needs and questions.

Served customers as needed, namely accurately and quickly ringing items up at the register. Other duties included: greeting customers as they enter, answering questions about the store, locating items or directing them to the correct department, answering the phone, filling curbside orders, and aiding other departments during slow hours.

Served as an attendant for the tickets and concessions stand in the theatre’s main lobby. Sell tickets and concessions along with cleaning theatres and closing down at the end of the day. I was rehired over the summer and promoted to Team Leader due to my attention to detail, customer service skills, and responsibility. I was in charge of ensuring the concessions/ticket stand ran smoothly and all chores were completed correctly and efficiently.

Answered calls and booked massages at the 5-star hotel. Made sure the gym and locker rooms were clean and orderly. Completed sales of retail items kept in stock in the Health Center. Gave brief tours to guests who had never been there before.

Ensured the tables and trash receptacles were clean. Picked up trash, used trays, and plates when necessary to make sure the restaurant remained neat and aesthetically pleasing.

Attended the pool at the 5-star hotel, picking up used towels and replacing them with new ones. Checking in with hotel guests at the pool and making sure everything is perfect, providing a means to fix problems when I can.
