Hi there! I’m Ramona, born in Romania but raised in Sardinia, Italy, where I’ve lived for the past 20 years.🌍I hold a Master’s in Wildlife Management, Conservation, and Control, and I’m deeply passionate about dedicating my life to preserving nature. During my studies, I had the chance to spend six months in Croatia for an academic exchange program, and later worked on a number of research projects here in Sardinia. For my undergraduate thesis in Natural Sciences, I conducted a census of the Sardinian hare, while for my Master’s thesis, I worked in a laboratory researching toxoplasmosis in the Sardinian wild boar.Additionally, I spent two months in Sweden as part of the Scandinavian Brown Bear Research Project, gaining valuable field experience in wildlife conservation.Now back in Sardinia, I’m focusing on creating a plan to pursue my passion for conservation and species protection. I’m exploring PhD opportunities and projects abroad that will allow me to further my expertise, particularly in endangered species conservation.🌱I’m ready for the next step and excited to find the right opportunity where I can make a meaningful impact.Looking forward to connecting and discovering new possibilities!✨
