Build an On-Campus Artist Collective● Collaborate closely with other Fellows to consolidate Davidson creatives into an interdisciplinary collective. The goal is to form connections and build community across all areas of study and disciplines. ● Strategize enthusiastic ways to recruit new members and retain current members.● Plan safe and socially-distanced events and frequent Artist Collective Meetings.● Connect artists with resources, departments, organizations, and individuals to facilitate their projects and creative pursuits.● Serve as a Student Representative for the Davidson Arts and Creative Engagement Advisory Board

Student assistant to the Dance, Arabic Studies, Gender and Sexuality Studies, and Writing Program departments. Perform research for professors and departmental assistant. Staff office and phones in the absence of the departmental assistant. Copy and/or scan classroom handouts, books chapters, photos and documents. Participate in departmental event planning, set-up and support. Pick up and deliver mail and other items. Design publicity for major campus events and post items to the bulletin boards.

• Created responsive web designs for Franc’s risk assessment quiz using existing brand identity and research on market trends• Built fully functioning prototypes for mobile and desktop designs using Figma• Worked for multi-disciplinary teams across multiple time-zones to complete deliverables for client

• Constructed products, brand guidelines, and other collateral to meet objectives outlined in client briefing• Learned conceptual design assessment, visual narrative and design methodologies, and principles of HCD• Built user journey maps, product flows and wireframes, working prototypes, and design iterations for impact• Designed layouts, visuals, and logos using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

As the literacy intern, I administered reading diagnostics and performed one on one literacy evaluations to measure improvement. I created a library and checkout system comprised of 600-1000 donated books to encourage reading. This role also had a mentorship component where I worked with high school students on assisting and teaching summer classes, specifically for reading. Additionally, I coordinated alternative activities for 1-1.5 hours everyday, mostly dance and card games.

Served as an ambassador to the National Conservation Leadership Summit and the Summit Seekers program. Collaborated with a team of 7 to do extensive research to conduct a Phase 1 archeological survey at the Frederick Douglass Historic site - Shared in a written 50 page report. Completed trail maintenance and historic preservation work at Grand Tetons National Park.

Served as a Youth Ambassador for the organization at community outreach events. Participated in service learning projects at Shenandoah National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Spoke on a panel at Earth 2100 Conference to foster communication between generations on methods to address environmental issues
