As a Salon Manager for Ulta Beauty my duties included leading the overall productivity of Beauty Services. Under this role I also performed all scheduling, payroll, budget analysis, banking deposits and salon supply procurement. I am most proud of taking over this salon that was performing 30% below the projected goal and I was able to build the team and business to perform 40% above goal within four months. I was chosen to host the first training class for Regis in So Cal for the launch of Nioxin.
