CurrentResponsible for the operational coordinator of the Offer experience domain in the Select Offer process from our customers.•Enable E2E Customer journey digitalization, by customer type, developing the right business & digital capabilities across touchpoints•Simplify & modernize the existing digital landscape & move to a platform-based approach across operations, following the customer journey•Provide a framework & governance model (Business & IT) to support local business & technology specificities, while deploying a global architecture•co-design/validate pain points & domain strategic foundation, defining performance objectives with acceptable performance levels•Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes, and policies are applied•Participate in governance bodies representing the domain and help in the demand management part
