• Manage global, regional, area metrics and KPIs from Medical Affairs (MA) across LATAM region, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative critical analysis of the data reported and providing support to the markets in order to assist them in achieving the expected results. Also, ensure appropriate strategic analysis/insights generation.• Work closely to Local Medical Operations and Medical Affairs staff to establish processes and to find improvements to streamline medical/business ways of working. Also, accountable for implementing standard processes to maximize resources allocation.• Be the bridge between global, regional and local Medical Excellence/Operations team to uncover local needs, align opportunities and expectations, drive performance and support decision making.• Work closely with the main internal partners, such as Governance, Commercial, Digital and Service Tech to establish a synergic relationship, share best practices and identify areas of improvements.• Create local team’s performance presentations for Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) and other business meetings.• Plan and conduct required trainings for MA staff, such as Veeva, Metrics/KPIs details, Dashboards.• Work with markets to ensure local Engagement Plan is consistent and aligned to business strategy. • Enhancement of the Expert Sharing project by developing a system to coordinate resource allocation and a dashboard to increase visibility and oversight of all speakers requests in LATAM area. Besides, responsible to lead execution at global and regional level, system management and support planning.• Maintain LATAM Medical TeamSite/Website/Workplace up-to-date with details of key projects (e.g. Performance highlights, Best practices sharing, Medical Data to Insights). Besides, support the development of an internal newsletter to communicate appropriately all LATAM medical team, ensuring alignment and visibility.

• Develop, establish and maintain performance metrics aligned to business area strategy.• Support local operating countries in LATAM on driving performance and defining new ways of working.• Support on the deployment of Veeva CRM and QlikView BI in LATAM, with the objective to boost Healthcare Professionals interactions through actionable insights.• Compilation/Update/Review of LATAM metrics from different sources, such as Balance Scorecard (BSC).• Support on the development of the medical operational plan aligned to commercial team by using VBA to optimize data control.

During the summer internship, I had the opportunity to work at a local wine producer, knowing the various stages of the wine-making process from the manual collection of grapes to the packaging of liquids. In this experience, I analyzed the optimization of the production points and made a report to contrast the Australian and Brazilian productions.
