Since November 2012 I'm working (part time) as a freelancer in the care and welfare sector. Due to my extensive experience in the care and welfare sector and experience with critical situations (violence, intimidation, threatening situations), I'm asked for support and guidance to clients.Assignments:Larazorg: November 2012 - December 2013Support and guidance on a PI school. The guidance and support is focused on the pupil and the teacher. I accompanie the pupil during moments when he loses (or is likely to lose) his temper and therefore can react aggressively. I support the teacher in dealing with (aggression of) the client.Larazorg: November 2013- December 2013I have supported and guided a young man who has troubles with the typical aspects of growing up, such as values​​, responsibility, independency, finding a proper rhythm in life and find a suitable job.

We Care 4 U was started in December 2009. My work in the beginning was mainly focused on the (cold) acquisition, creating brand awareness and attract employees. I offered advice and support to the Senior Accountmanager and the CEO.Since June 2010 I was charged to (independently) set up a new department within the agency (help with household). I have all work performed, from the public tender to the actual start by January 2011. I have taken position in the first term of the Works Council of Ipse de Bruggen. A major task of this Works Council was (supporting) the merging of the two foundations (Ipse and De Bruggen). It was not just the merging of all the regulations and policies, but also to achieve a sense of solidarity. Inside the Works Council I was a member of the Finance Committee who was involved in the financial management of the foundation. I have attended various courses in this period.
