Goldmill Co. is a start-up, multidisciplinary, design, and strategy agency based in Tulsa, OK with work that spans design, identity, packaging, placemaking, websites, digital experiences, digital marketing, strategy, and motion. I served as Chief of Strategy overseeing client strategy and providing leadership support with operational structure and growth. Some of my accomplishments include:• Co-led the organization to the most profitable year to date• Created and implemented a new client onboarding and project scheduling system• Revamped and created operational documents including client contracts, job descriptions, and employee handbook• Developed a new proposal process to increase client conversions. As a result, we closed over 95% of the proposals sent • Onboarded and trained 5 new team members• Helped managed dozens of projects between multiple clients in varying industries and helped them reach their business goals from launching new products, services and go-to-market strategies, to building awareness and lead generation

The Persimmon Group is a multi-disciplinary management consulting and learning organization that helps business leaders solve complex business problems, improve efficiency, empower teams and implement long-term sustainable improvements. As a consultant, I contributed to four areas of development within the organization: marketing, content development, TPG Speakers, and instructional design.• Marketing: Led a marketing committee in the strategic and tactical efforts of the company. Some of the things I accomplished include completing a comprehensive marketing audit and marketing strategy, developing and implementing a social media and content strategy, and leading an RFP effort. Dreamstart was born out of a passion to see equal access to business resources and funding for underserved, disenfranchised, minority-led startups. What started as a minority entrepreneurship conference quickly became a platform to help more people connect to Tulsa’s thriving start-up ecosystem and catapulted me into the world of speaking, coaching, and consulting. Community HigherEd. is the umbrella organization that supports the mission of three technical colleges: Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical College. I taught the foundational course that every student that entered the school had to complete before starting their core program. The curriculum centered around leadership development, digital technology, personal branding, and financial literacy.
