Service Manager
CurrentService Manager for the Production Systems Operation Cell. I manage ~10 personnel tasked with responsibility of monitoring production systems status and ensuring that the Service Level Agreements are met on a monthly and quarterly basis. As the Service Manager, I am responsible for ensuring coverage of a 24x7 operations and authoring/maintaining Operational Support Agreements with multiple customers to guarantee appropriate actions to alarms. Report directly to contract and government program management office to provide status of operations.
